Filing Requirements
In order to register a trademark in Indonesia you need to provide:
1.    Details of Applicants i.e. full name, address and nationality, or details of company;
2.    Thirty specimens sizing max. 9cm x 9cm, min. 2cm x 2cm and details of the Mark;
3.    Designated goods/services;
4.    A simply signed Declaration of Ownership;
5.    A simply signedSpecial Power of Attorney;
6.    Certified copy of first filed application and its English translation, if convention priority is        claimed;
7.    Copy of the applicant’s ID (KTP)*;
8.    Copy of Deed of Establishment (the applicant is a legal entity)*;
9.    Copy of the signatory’s ID/KTP (the applicant is a legal entity). The signatory should be the        Director in charge of the company*.
10.  Copy of the applicant’s tax registration number/NPWP (the applicant is a legal entity)*.

 

*Apply for Indonesian applicant(s)
